You come across concerned Nick is going to accept the job.
Everyone knows Nick Saban is not a guy who is happy doing next to nothing in retirement
If people think for a moment- it’s hard to tell he retired
Retired people aren’t on TV and radio for 6 months traveling all over the country
And on the phones all day long
People want to think he’s comfortable in that recliner because it fits their ideal retirement plan
Nick Saban is not a normal everyday person
So yeah I think he’s considering coming back for 3 or 4 years to fix the culture and show how to deal with the NIL

They named the field after him. LSU will name the stadium after him once he comes back and wins 3 or 4 National Championships in a row. Nick Saban's Tiger Stadium rolls off the tongue beautifully. Doesn't it?

Is that how it works? So if a school doesn’t want their coach to coach anywhere else ever, screw a contract increase/extension. Just name the field after him. We should have done that with Nick when he was at LSU!

That's kind of a strange take. He doesn't like retirement NOW, but in 3-4 years he'll love it. If he was really interested in it, LSU would offer him a LIFETIME contract without the possibility of being fired and he walks away when he wants too.

You cant bring any common sense on this board. They think there is some sort of debt that saban owes lsu. Its truly like someone that has never gotten over an ex and thinks they can win them back. I mean he will be 75 next year. Ive seen posts saying hire him with joe blow as hciw so saban can groom them. Then hire him as AD with full control over everything.
