The Coca Cola Company is being accused of discriminatory hiring practices

ALLEGED DISCRIMINATORY HIRING PRACTICES AT COCA-COLA AGAINST WHITE PEOPLE

An individual named "David" sent in a job application to
@CocaCola
, citing 20 YEARS of experience in the industry. His application was REJECTED the next day.

He then sent in another application, just changing his name to "DeShawn,” and reduced his work experience to only 5 years.

His application under "DeShawn" was ACCEPTED, and he was given an opportunity to do an interview.

We reached out to Coca-Cola who responded with “the accusation is untrue as the fake applicants’ qualifications were otherwise not identical.”

This only makes it worse and confirms what we know. The fake applicant with the black name had LESS experience than the real applicant yet was offered an interview.

This must be investigated. How many other white people were discriminated against by Coca Cola??

Well the CEO is a white privileged upbringing British male and this is how they operate in the UK now. So it makes sense.

Also don't the giants in industry have more scrutiny and mega quotas to satisfy their DEI compliance?

Coke and Delta are woke as frick. My neighbor was in HR at Delta and after all the mess in 2020 she told me she had to get approval to hire a white person. Told me roles were being filled by completely unqualified minorities all in the name of DEI and Diversity.

Delta is awful. I have friends that have worked there for years. Priority hires are Blacks, Indians, women and homosexuals.

Straight white males are bottom of the totem pole, or not even on it.

Ageism is another thing. Over 45 need not apply.

Coke dissolves battery corrosion.

Just think what that does to your internal organs...

Every big company has been doing this.

I worked for Consolidated for 25 years. Our plant was union and has since been sold to United.

I can tell you had HR tried that white shite with us we would have shut it down with a vengeance. We white guys would not have tolerated that for a second. no more than the black dudes would have tolerated such a thing and they would have been right and supported by us.

Consolidated owns Union plants in West Virginia I'd be interested to see how that would fly there. I don't think very well. At all.

My old roommate worked in the credit card division at Delta. He said in 2021 his manager needed to fill a diversity quota for his team and asked him to change his racial identity in Workday from white to Hispanic (his mom is half Colombian). He refused Manager ended up hiring - you guessed it - a woefully unqualified black girl who ended up getting fired 7 months later.
