It's going to be really easy for Woodward to get another job

Dude has done some good and some bad at LSU, but because of this dog & pony show with Landry, it's making Woodward look like the sane one of the bunch.
Any future interview that questions his shortcomings, all Woodward has to do is say "did you see what I put up with?"
Landry is an embarrassment.

Yeah Landry fired him without yet firing him yesterday, and it was probably the best bit of PR Woodward could've hoped for.
He went from being "the AD who dishes out huge buyouts" to "the AD who has to put up with a petulant child of a governor"

This same board wanted SW gone last saturday for giving a 60 year old a 10 year contract. I don’t get the SW love now

Woodward sort of like Kelly has a dated model on how to run an AD.
As much as we hammer him for Kelly and Wade, his greatest frick up was probably a complete lack of understanding in seeing where college athletics was headed and exactly what NIL was
Dumbass thought getting an NILSU an ad in Times Square to show we were open for business and partnering with that NIL grifter upstart ran by Landry’s wife was enough.
They thought NIL was simply kids come to campus, we find them endorsement deals.
Then bayou traditions was a cluster for a while. Only in the last year have we gotten our shite straight there.
That falls on Scott

Not advocating one way or another, but the reality is all schools have had to figure out this new crazy landscape. And it’s probably true no one has the perfect plan yet for navigating it.
But if we assume that you are correct in that “we got our shite together” in the last year…. Isn’t that a good thing? And wasn’t Woodward the AD while we did so?
For the record, I’ve convinced my conspiracy theory self that Scott is in bed with Sexton and coaches and gets a kickback/cut on some of these contracts on the backend.

Woodward can say whatever he wants in an interview, that idiot is looking like a complete douche bag on a national stage. Landry is owning his arse. You don’t even hear a peep out of him in his defense. He’s gotten publicly shamed and he deserves it.
