I’m all for this, but didn’t he really sign Hunter’s. If so, his isn’t void.

I actually hope this makes it to SCOTUS so we can get some guidance around the technical requirements of a pardon. It’s seemed fast and loose for a long time now.

I read early on in the scandal that Crackhead Hunter made sure that his pardon was personally signed by Biden.

I would put a lot of money on the fact that Hunter Biden was selling pardons out the back door of the White House using the Autopen. He didn’t give a royal frick if later they were determined to be illegal. He just made sure that he got his bribe money. However, when it came to his pardon, he made sure that it was legal and foolproof. For all his failings and scumbaggery, Crackhead Hunter did graduate from Yale law school.

None of those pardons are void. You would have to prove that Biden did not intend them, and you can’t prove that without Biden’s testimony. Case closed.

Because when the Trump admin wants to announce a mass voiding of pardons the obvious move is to leak it via pixelated JPEG on a college football message board?

I thought Hunter's was the only one he did sign.

Are you fricking high? It says so right there in the OP that they are void. Sure there's no link nor argument based on any law or precedent mentioned, but there's a jpeg listing all the names and made by some uncredited rando, dammit. A JPEG!

This. From what I have seen, this isn't a serious investigation.

We were already told he was too senile to stand trial.

Ultimately, this will be the nail in the coffin of voiding the pardons. How are they going to prove what Biden's intent was?
