Maybe Jeff Landry should stay out of it all?

I think Woodward should go immediately but Landry getting involved isn’t a good move at all. Between this , the statue and Omar the Tiger I think is political suicide. I voted for him but I won’t make that mistake twice

Landry is a baffoon, he needs to run the government and shut up. This is taking us back to the bad old days when people butted into the process who shouldn't be involved. Saban cleared all these people out.

I don’t care if Woody stays or goes. He got us into this contract mess. I am down with putting together a committee. I don’t want Woody making this hire or anywhere near it. LSU is bigger than Woodward. I wish Landry would shut up.

He needs to know his place

Embarrassing people in public is horribly wrong and will backfire on hiring quality coach and I guess an AD.

It’ll be like when I was a kid but worse because we’ve tasted success. The good coaches steered clear. We’ll be relegated to a stepping stone.

The Governor runs state government. This is absolutely his place.

There is no reason for Landry to speak publicly on this at all. Literally none.

Nah. I just understand basic civics and the structure of State government.

Perhaps you should look at your LSU degree and you’ll realize that the Governor is ultimately in charge of the LSU system. The LSU bureaucracy is ultimately accountable to the people’s elected representative.
