Being black has been 'political' for over 100 years. Not just the civil rights era.

Race is a political construct

Is this the lady who won’t answer questions about the AG saying he wants his opponents murdered?

The NAACP cares more about power than black people.

This is just like when the NAGs supported Bill Clinton (and then continued to support him) even though he had cheated on Hillary with at least Gennifer Flowers. Groups like that are just using group victimization as a cover to support only Democrat candidates.

So the NAACP also agrees with killing political opponents, just like the woman they endorsed

So we currently have a 14 page thread started by the local board social justice warrior about injustice and inequality. And then we have the OG black social justice group, the NAACP, endorsing a privileged white leftist over a black woman.
You can’t make this stuff up.
And the local social justice warrior just can’t seem to figure out why we won’t buy in to social justice initiatives.

And I thought the NAACP couldn't possibly have less credibility......

How's the polling in that race?

1) What's the name of the conservative black female?
2) Does she have a legitimate chance to win?
I've heard a few things about Spanberger. All bad.

yep, i consider when "Black" is capitalized to be a political construct.
lower case is the rest of the black people who aren't willing to be slaves to the Dems' every whim.

They should add another "C". NAACCP.

I had a black PoliSci professor at LSU back in the day. We used to have debates about all kinds of topics and somehow we got on the subject of the NAACP. He said it wasn’t an org for blacks only - white was a color.
He was a nice guy with interesting takes.

For the advancement of colored people of our choosing.

She does. I think she did an OK job as Lt. Gov. but a fairly weak candidate for Governor and VA Republicans nominated her in hopes of some of her checkmarks pulling in people that are on the left as a black immigrant woman.
I think the hope was to get someone in good enough to win and hold us over until Youngkin can run again. VA constitution is a bit odd in that Governors cannot serve consecutive terms. It's great for when you have shitty Governors....not great when you finally get a good one in.

The only logical answer I have been told about as to why they are supporting the white over the black is because, allegedly, the white cares more about blacks than the black candidate does.
Which basically means the NAACP is funded via the DNC and that's how they must go

I knew a white school principal who was a member of the NAACP. Whenever someone would accuse him of being racist, he'd slap his NAACP membership card on the table and tell them he was a card-carrying member and to show him their card. Always thought that was the ultimate stfu strategy.
