what was the moment you knew it was over for kelly?

for me it was the Southeastern game. it had become obvious that Nuss was hurt and shouldn't have played this game as he was healing, as evidenced by his good play during that game. It was a bad decision to play him this game, and that issue was exacerbated when they wouldn't take him out of the game.
So he played, he looked good, get him out of there. But they didn't take him out before halftime. When Nuss trotted out to start in the second half, I knew it was over. Sure enough, Nuss hurt himself again in the second half. It was probably the middle of the 4th when he twisted his body and delivered a really nice pass for a touchdown.
I knew when Nuss came out to play in the second half that Kelly was an absolute moron, and it was over.

When he wasted the best offense in the nation rhat would have won a natty easily if he just had a mid tier defense.

I hated this hire from day 1 but his "spoiled" rant after the Florida game did it for me.

At some point in his first season I realized we hired a politician and not a football coach. I knew we had continued the recent history of hiring someone who can only fix things in the offseason.

That Vegas fist slamming crap didn't leave me feeling great about his sincerity to the program and not just to the paycheck

I honestly didn't "know" until I didn't see leaks of Sloan being let go when I woke up Sunday morning.
When Nuss threw the ball 41 times during the SELA game with only 1 touchdown and about a 6 yard average, multiple sacks, and multiple TFL's. I could tell then that Sloan was a problem. Last year he could get away with that crap because of the great pass protection, but this year was the year we had to run 60/40 until teams respected it and he would not commit to it.
Kelly had to go for being the dumbass in charge, but Sloan was the problem with the offense. How do you have the 122nd ranked run game when you have multiple guys averaging 4.8 ypc? What an idiot. Don't even get me started on game management...

When he said we were spoiled for simple being able to identify what a championship LSU team looks like and seeing he didn't have one.

When they changed the format of open mic at TJ Ribs. Him not signing autographs nor taking pics. A pure a-hole

When i saw him mouth "what the frick was that, Joe" after the 3rd and 7 play right at the end of half against the aggies. I knew then if he was not involved enough to be giving input in that situation then he had checked way the frick out and wanted it to be over

Les Miles was stubborn but he knew everything going on with his program in all areas. He never seem disengaged or out of the loop.
I just want a HC that loves the kids, loves the fans, loves the school, and loves his job - and loves winning more than losing.
BK seemed to only love BK
