No but the LSU President was run off. Now if they see the AD being forced out, they might decide to take their talents elsewhere. It's not like they cant go where they choose.

Jay is the highest paid coach in the sport. Just last week he was all chummy with Landry in his house, much less his glowing comments about Trump at the White House. I think he will be quite fine with whoever Landry hires as President and whoever that President hires as AD

Sometimes it’s not about pay but relationships. Woodward has done a great job as AD. He pulled a good coach from a blue blood. Kelly didn’t get lsu a championship but he wasn’t a Napier either. Everyone keep talking about Woodward giving Kelly this obscene contract but which coach was gonna come to lsu on a short term contract or for less money than what Kelly was making?
