Do you refuse to use the short urinal?

What's the deal with this? Guys will crowd up next to each other to avoid using the short urinal. I understand there's probably a small % of guys who are too tall and their meat doesn't hang low enough to use it but that's gotta be like .001% of people

I disagreed with a friend over this the other day. He says he refuses to use them and you look like a jackass using it. I use them especially as you said if its busy or otherwise not likely a kid needs it.
I don't have an issue personally. Lets say there's 2 urinals and someone is using the fullsize, I'm not going to wait..that's ridiculous.
Lets say there's 3 urinals and someone is using the far right full size, my options are middle urinal or short, I'm using the short 100% of the time.
Now I don't choose the short if there's tons of options.
