You got Jack-o’-lanterns, scarecrows, fall, witches, ghosts, hell, serial killers, fog.

If you've got little kids that scare easy, The Ghost and Mr. Chicken is one they might enjoy. I saw it in a theater in the 60's. They also showed it at my high school in the auditorium in 1976.

TCM has been showing lots of good scary movies. At 11pm on Sunday they always show a silent movie. Tonight they are showing The Monster (1925),

Great flick, though when I was 18, I thought it a good idea to see on shrooms. It was not. It was not a good idea. Don’t do that.

Agreed. It’s one of the more fun “horror” movies I can talk the wife into watching. Just good fun. Great sets, costumes, great cast. It’s got it everything it needs to be a mainstay, regular watch.

The atmosphere as well is something I really enjoy as well. The fog, the town, the dark grey skies fading into night time.

I agree as have I. And she is not even my kind of girl but I like her.

She has also played some great parts.

The Disney animated one was my favorite as a kid. I love anything based on American Romanticism/Gothic witches and hellfire stuff. The VVitch is a great example.

We watched it the other night in Pluto. It’s such a good, fun movie.
