He won't say it until he can confirm it. It sounds like maybe assistant coaching changes are to come.
He also says that even after Vanderbilt, there was no appetite to buy out Kelly, however, that tone changed after last night.
He thinks there is a possibility a new Univ President will be appointed, who will find a new AD and a new football coach.

If you guys are about to make those kinds of Sr leadership changes at your university it makes no sense to fire Kelly now unless you have a top 5 level coach locked up to replace him.
Ask Auburn how that works out.

It it’s gonna be a new President and AD too then I can’t see it happening prior to the 2026 season. We’re gonna get a year off of giving a shite about LSU football in that case.
