LBJ absolutely DESTROYED the black community with his idiotic programs.

If you go and search for interviews, videos, etc of black people before these programs were implemented, you'd be shocked at how intelligent they were, well spoken, etc.

The black community was finally making some headway in education, pulling themselves up by the bootstrap, and gaining, then LBJ came in and shite on them all.

It's an oversimplification for sure, but if you dig and read, it's a shame how we got here as a nation.

And I'm not excusing the cultural aspect, but there was a time in our not so distant past where it wasn't like this.
