We’ve genuinely have never seen anything like this. He’s 7’5 blocking centers and then crossing people up on the other end then hitting set back 3s. He’s going to be the best playing in the world very soon

He is a unicorn for sure. So much fun to watch. Derrick Lively is a good defender and Wemby is just toying with him.

Feels inevitable we’re going 0-2 to start the season. This spurs team looks very good

He jumped like 6” off the ground. I wouldn’t call that dunk impressive. That dunk looked like something i did on my closet door goal when I was 12.

But yes he’s been extremely impressive today. Looking forward to seeing him in person Friday.

He spent a ton of time with Hakeem over the summer learning his moves and developing a mid range shot.

7’4”
Dominant in the paint
Shoots the 3 well
Now has Hakeem’s moves and a mid-range

I mean…I just chuckle watching him play

He might be more fragile than Zion.

Wemby played 117 games in his first 2 years. Zion played 114 in his first 4 years…

Think I read somewhere...that he actually grew another 2-3" during this past off-season. He sure looks taller to me...than last season. Dwarfs Anthony Davis

We’re screwed. Easy 0-2 hopefully can spin an upset against the Celtics or this season is spiraling out of control.

Dude plays like when I use to have a goal on the back of my bedroom door. Freak show.

lol That’s the point … if an NBA player is
Doing moves in game vs other NBA players, and making it look as
Easy as someone on their closet goal at home…. That’s pretty Damn impressive!

Is it impressive though?

Don’t get now wrong he’s about to be the best player in the league I agree, but is it actually impressive? He’s 7’5” and probably has a wingspan longer than that, he can dunk without jumping and also hits step back 3’s.

What’s impressive is that he can do all of that at his size without tearing every ligament in his knee and foot. I’m impressed at what he’s capable of at his size, but I’m not going to act like he’s some incredibly skilled basketball player ala Steph Curry or Kobe Bryant.

He’s a video game character, you cannot guard a guy that big if he can hit shots like he hit last night.

and they are young as frick, and have tons of draft capital... they embraced a reset a few years back, took their lumps, made smart moves, and soon they will be rewarded with a championship or two because of it...

meanwhile, we still have Willie Green as our HC... let that shite sink in
