0/19 @ 1pm - As reported by On3's Pete Nakos earlier today, Florida State's decision makers have been in contact today to discuss the future of the football program and what to do with Mike Norvell. The buzz we are hearing is that a decision has probably been made to let Norvell go and it should become official within the next 24 hours. Keep in mind that nothing is official yet, but it's hard to imagine what would happen at this point to change this current course. Stay tuned...

I hate that we are not in on the fun with Florida and Florida St…..

Man. This is going to be a bad year to go coach hunting. A lot of name schools will be looking.

Yes
This is exactly why LSU shouldn’t fire Kelly now (in addition to 60 million other reasons).

I agree. Going to be a huge roster turnover anyway.

I was feeling this after Napier and REALLY feel it now.

The only solace is that with all the carousel going on, BK would probably get another job and defray lots of that buyout

In the coaching cycle where we hired Brian Kelly USC OU Miami Florida Oregon were all open. ND obviously came open after that.

ND hired the best and it was a promotion from within.

People are making too much of “there’s too many openings!”

Nah. It may not be written into his contract. He is of retirement age. He could just collect.

This could be a strong coaching changes offseason, especially if LSU decides to move on
