Dude is overrated he’s a one trick pony if his blitzes don’t get home he has no other adjustments

What in the hell was he trying to do. None of it made any sense.

Yep. Fool's gold. Can't be said enough.

Has lost games to offenses with a pulse (basically any offense in the top 60), or an offense with a half arse mobile QB.

What sucks is he has now been exposed with the exact same failing game plan twice this year (so far) and multiple times last year.

Like BK, he is just going to triple down on what doesn't work and force it. Expect aTm to maybe punt once next week. Bama may not punt. Each team will put up over 400 yards and 30 points.

Arkansas and Petrino will have a field day with him too.

I’m afraid Perkins is overrated as well. May not be entirely his fault but he’s still more of an athlete than an elite linebacker

A good offense has really made our elite defense look average! In his defense, we did have several opportunities to make tackles and missed or took bad angles.

Potentially over rated, but def a top 10 d cord and he's young. He has room to grow.

He needs to improve on stopping the run and I would argue his LB recruiting is yet to be proven.

For example, would you take Pete Golding over him? I don't think I would. I'm not even confident I would take DJ Durkin over him. We had a top 5 scoring defense going into our arse whooping yesterday

bullshite. I don’t know what happened last night. Missing Weeks was obviously huge. But the team made little adjustments.

Alignment and run fit issues plague this defense. We could have blown several timeouts on poor alignments alone. I don’t know if it’s the players or coaches(Blake), but it’s a significant issue

agreed, he's getting a pass because everyone focused on OC and OL coach

this qb and Vandy's offensive scheme required lane integrity, keeping containment, mush rush, etc

instead Baker's all or nothing, willy nilly scheme was the opposite

he gets a huge F- for this game

Not having Gooden there to disrupt the middle also hurt.

We need to get our Dline healthy again

elite defense
Blake Baker should be sending Dabo and Lagway gift baskets for making people think this is even close to true.

The D has never been close to elite. They benefited from some monumentally shitty offenses.

What exactly is Baker trying to do with Perkins? He looks totally lost all the time.

Offense has issues but it played well enough to win. D was atrocious Perkins is a great athlete but has no idea what he is doing on the field Baker feasts on bad offenses with his blitzing but any good offense knows how to adjust to him and exposes him every time. The whole staff is weak

Agree. That shite was embarrassing Saturday. Pavia and crew walked down the field all day

Didn’t force a punt until the 4th quarter. Complete joke

Not having your all SEC LB and your best DL does make a difference ein this game. Whit was the guy who called the sets and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be.Still should have won the game but having them would have made a difference. Weeks makes Perkins better
