But under what authority does a judge have to create policy for federal agents?
Is it illegal to not wear BWCs?

Good this will compile a crap ton of evidence that ICE is being way more restrained then a is even required of a regular citizen.
Another good investment would be big arse metal guards on the front and maybe even the back. This way when people block them in with their cars ICE could simply drive away while destroying the idiots car in the process.
If you think this is excessive you must not realize how boxing in LEO puts them at great risk. Holds them in a spot where freaks surround them and out number them.
I hope this is addressed before one of them gets murdered instead of after.

A federal judge doesn't have the authority to do this, but I can't wait until this completely backfires in her face.

This seems like a no brainer for all involved. Many people have been exonerated because of dash cams. Many police have been vindicated because of body cams.

I am about there.
Pull everything out including $$$ and let them fend for themselves as it quickly descends into a hellscape. And I would tell any federal judge to frick off and when they're being dragged out of their burning courthouses to remember they created this situation.
