Uncle Earl’s Gone Wild- Four arrested for battery after SAE rush party

An attorney for the victim stated that the four were at Uncle Earl's for an SAE pledge party on Aug. 2. His client was at the bar to meet a friend and was not attending the rush event.
Video obtained by WBRZ shows four people attacking the victim, hitting and kicking his face, head, and body. He was driven to a hospital, where police responded at 1:30 a.m. The victim told police the group threw drinks in his face on the patio. When he shouted, 'What the hell was that for?' they knocked him down and beat him

This was on August 2nd, and WBRZ just conveniently decided to run it yesterday. I suppose it was to show that "all LSU students are violent" or some such nonsense. Jokes on you, WBRZ. No shots fired.

SAE chapters seem to be as present in stories like this as black women with weaves in fights at Chuck E Cheese.

Not 100% sure. But that video appears to be the second brawl that occurred later and did not involve the victim.
If the same boys were involved in the second brawl, the attorney would argue that uncle Earl is even more responsible

After they jumped the kid, he was taken to the hospital, a brawl broke out after that. I assume it was a result of what happened to the kid.
