Yea man, that’s fricking brutal. I can’t imagine a worse pain than burying one of my kids.

I'm sure it's nice to have your son recognized and to know he inspired thousands, maybe millions of people. Still, I'm sure any parent would prefer just to have their child healthy, alive, and with them.

I can’t imagine.
Charlie made a great impact on this nation. And his legacy continues in the hearts and minds of the American youth.

May God bless them, just your worst nightmare to bury your child. Been there twice. My heart goes out to them.

No more outdoor events for our leaders. It’s making our conservative leaders targets for the left. Everything has to be indoors and we have to do better with security. The left is insane.

I can't fathom the loss of such a dynamic son, husband and father for the most insane and artificial reasons as that little baguette dreamed up in his twisted sick mind.

Obviously, but I'm sure they are proud of him. They mourn, but they get it. They understand the impact he's had. Still, a damned shame.
I feel their pain.
Burying a child is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

My heart goes out to you. That is a pain that I pray I never have to go through. What makes it even worse is that they have to listen to garbage human beings lying and saying the most awful things about their son after he died. I'm not talking about idiots on social media but politicians and talking heads on tv. Imagine losing your child and having to hear a POS politician say they hope he's lost to the dustbin of history.

Thanks for sharing. That was such a fitting tribute. Great job by the White House.

Those looks are the epitome of grief and devastation. I was already feeling a little down tonight, but it really hurts to see that.

May God comfort his loved ones and may God bless the memory of Charlie Kirk.

No matter how old they become, they’re always your kid.
In the immediate days after Charlie’s murder, his widow and children quite understandably was where the focus was primarily placed.
That said, I did think about his parents and how utterly devastated they were too.
Continued prayers and strength to all of Charlie’s family and friends.

We must not ever forget his sacrifice. Charlie Kirk changed the direction of multiple generations.

Above all else, they know they will see him again when they are reunited in eternity.
There is no other way anyone can accept the loss of a loved one with such grace and calmness.
Yes, you grieve for the loss now, but you take comfort in knowing they are waiting on the other side of Jordan.
Praise God and Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We always take for granted when great people die because we always talk about what the world lost or what we lost.
With great people, the “little” things get lost, like the fact that his parents lost a 31 year old son in the absolute prime of his life.
Brutal to have to even think about.

I thought I had probably cried my last tear for St. Charlie earlier today, but I was wrong.

And his kids will (rightfully) ask about him and it will be a continuous wound that’s reopened. I had someone close to me die, thought I grieved it, and now my kids ask about him and it’s interesting to go back and have to pick at that scab.
