Usually not, but there are instances where the bowels may take a little time to ramp down from the hyperactivity created by the colonic cleansing. I was an outlier. It took about a week for mine to go back to regular. Most people have no issue at all within hours after the procedure. Just eat light afterward and chances are you'll notice no change.

Worst pain is when they jab the IV in you. Painless after that. Don't freak out when they start the meds and you feel cold. Be amazed what comes out after the cleansing solution the day before.

There won't be anything left to worry about.
As for the procedure, you won't even know it happened. You go out and "5 minutes later" a pretty nurse wakes you up. Be sure someone goes with you; they won't release you to drive yourself.
When they release you, you'll want to eat.
That's pretty much it. Easy.
