Name one (1) rule in sports you would change.

I choose eliminating the ghost runner on second base to begin the inning in regular season MLB games that go to extra innings.

Maybe changing the spot foul PI rule in the NFL.

Officials get publicly graded by both teams plus a neutral league supervisor with the average being their weekly grade, and can be fined and/or fired for poor performances. Mostly thinking NFL and NBA, but can apply to P4 football as well.

Do away with the half game suspension on the targeting in college to just a 15 yard penalty for the first offense. After the second one in the same game then do the half game suspension

If you hit the ball in the fairway and it stops in a divot, you should be able to remove the ball out of the divot

Offsetting penalties should both be applied not off set.
Offenses shouldn't be able to add penalty to the result of the play or the defense should also be able to do the same.

College overtime should start at the 45 yard line. Should have to at least get a first down to be in field goal range. Gives too much advantage to the team getting the ball 2nd when they can just run to the middle and set up an easy fg if the first team doesnt score.

If you fumble out of their endzone their ball at the 20, if you fumble out of your endzone, you kick from the 20.
