We have a true SEC number 1 pitcher. Some good batters. Sitting people like White.

One of those is batting under 200 and has been yanked from the higher profile games. I assume coach is letting her start today to see if she can get the kinks worked out.

Team BA is 271. I will let the experts determine what this means since we have not gotten into SEC play yet. I have heard that batting is ahead of hitting in the early part of the season as the weather gets warmer and the arms have had time to get in the groove. I cant seem to find the team pitching stats on Rolltide but I assume it would be under 3. I think RI will be a better team once they get into conference play. They did win their conference last year.

The Samford relief pitcher looked good. A left hander with a great breaking ball. Good guys win 8-5. Wasnt purdy but it is a W. Second game should start around 5:30

Yes it is all about the scores. But it is based on an average of your stores in the past few meets is my understanding. They just dont take the highest. AU should be in the tournament but I doubt they would host. Bama is going to host unless they have a come apart.

Yes. But Fay gave up 3 runs in 5 innings. Call me Debbie Downer but I think coach is still looking for a friday night SEC starter and others may be auditioning for that roll.
