Anyone else done this? Had a bad injury many years ago and after lifting a bunch this year I'm getting a lot of soreness for some time now. I get this stuff free so I figured I will try it.

BPC 157, TB500 for elbow pain

I am trying this right now.

I have had golfer's elbow for 3 months. I've tried the stretches and forearms exercises. I've tried the therabar, which seemed to work at first, but didn't really help.

I've now been using BPC-157/TB-500 for 3 weeks and am seeing positive results. I inject 300 mcg each subQ near the pain my elbow. I am able to do small sets chin-ups again with minimal pain. If I do a movement that irritates my elbow, like a 5 out of 10 on the pain scale, I no longer have lingering pain that lasts into the next day. I am hoping that another 2-3 weeks will have me mostly healed. It's definitely the best that my elbow has felt in months.

I tried BPC in the past to heal high hamstring tendinopathy, but I didn't have much success. I am finding that it paired with TB-500 is working.

I have also noticed great recovery from my workouts. DOMS has been non-existent.

How do you get it for free? I used it for a bit a couple months ago for similar elbow pain and really enjoyed it but stopped bc it’s so expensive.

Had elbow tendonitis for a year, got to the point I couldn't really work anything requiring pulling/curling. Within 3 weeks of BPC pain was completely gone and hasn't returned. I still use a small maintenance dosage weekly.

It's so inexpensive it seems worth it to me.

My business partner and I are building websites to sell peptides for a pharmacy. I thought it was all BS a few years ago. But some of It seems legit. I asked them for some to try because I've been reading up on it for a while. At least the BPC157. But they recommended both. Haven't seen much negatives about it yet. We will see.

I injected 250mcg this AM. We will see. Getting pain on heavier cable tricep pushdowns so I've just kept it light. I think I will be a good test subject as I've had the pain for months and able to keep it under control with lower weights for certain lifts.

That's what I just bought to deal with a nagging shoulder issue. My supplier of other therapies wanted $700 for the same. I'll know if it works or not in two weeks, but the physio has done a great job of fixing me up so far, it's just taking too long for my liking.

you can find more "direct" sources of these peptides. need to do lots of research, check test reports, likely purchase with crypto, and download/chat with reps through apps like telegram and discord.

US based websites are charging 10-20x for one vial. All comes from the same place (chyna, whether you like it or not)..... just looked at one website charging $100 for one 10mg vial of BP157. An overseas source charges $50 for ten vials.

I didn’t make you a pharmaceutical errand boy, you did that to yourself.

Me just calling it out doesn’t make me the bad guy. Have some pride in what you do

I’ve been hearing more and more about these lately. My only nagging injury is a left elbow that probably has scar tissue that causes issues. Then sometimes feels perfectly fine.

If just for healing, I may not have enough reason yet. However, I get the sense it may help tendons/ligaments turn back the clock to how they were in your 20s. If so, I would seriously consider now.

I just finished a month of it. Injection. Had a hip adductor strain that wouldn’t get better (April to August & not any better). Start BPC/TB on August 1. By September it was gone. Now would it have finally healed on its own? Idk. But it wasn’t any different in 3 months and then practically gone after 1 month

I paid $350 for it so it was never something I was gonna continue

I'm a few days in and it definitely feels better. Have had pain for at least 5-6 months constantly. Still wearing a sleeve to the gym.

At 50 and 30 years of training injuries happen.
Have been running either bpc or bpc/tb blend for over a year.
Has help all minor injuries, to the point where am back training like I did when I was 25

Trying the oral capsules of this. Started today.
Didn’t have much luck with capsules of only BPC157 but was told it’s a game changer with the TB500
