1 in 22 black men will commit homicide in their life. Figure up the math, and that means that 0.27% of the population of the US is responsible for half of the murders.

I lived in Kansas (Lawrence and Olathe) for over 20 years and I don't know where Fort Hays is. I suspect it is pretty "special".
