Need a place to park some cash - good divi payers?

Need to park some cash between now and the next estimated tax due date of 1/15/26. The account needs to be non-volatile and must pay a monthly divi. Got some in AOHY right now, which is running around 6-7%. I can tolerate a _little_ risk, but something like the Yieldmax funds are out of the question - too risky.
Whatcha got MB Wise Ones?

Most MM accounts are paying close to 4%.
Or MO as it’s pretty stable and pays a hefty dividend. Plus you can support the cause by smoking cigarettes hoping it doesn’t go down.

Buying dividend paying equities =\= parking cash.

I have some ET and like the divi, but I would not consider a single equity for this purpose.

PNNT $0.08 monthly dividend. About 14% right now.

Nothing safer than SGOV and it currently pays a monthly Div of $4.38 per share . Its basically a savings account.

Just start selling naked options.

QQQI (14%), SPYI (12%), BTCI (28%) annual returns
I'd do 33% each; @ 100K investment ~ QQQI $4600, SPYI $3650, BTCI $9240 for about $17500 or 17.5%
if you have a liking for BTC I'd lean more into the BTCI.

Not sure what you’re looking for exactly, but have you considered a High Yield Savings account? Or, with RobinHood, Gold members get 4.5% interest on uninvested cash in their brokerage account. Just a thought as both are safe and depending on the amount you’re wanting to park, it could make you a little money.

I’ve been rebalancing my investments, and after selling a few things that had lots of unrealized gains.
Anyway, I’ve been buying electric utilities and etf’s. They tend to have very good dividend payouts.

I'm wonder if Kenvue (KVUE) will be a good buy.
At current price of $16 its a 5% divy. They are the spin off of Johnson and Johnson and makers of Tylenol. I don't see Tylenol going away even with the latest negative news.
