1 year old tankless. last about 10 minutes then starts to get cold in my shower only. wife and kids shower and tub stays hot forever. any suggestions?

Need suggestions. Running boat yesterday suddenly would not slow down from wide open throttle .i killed the engine . when restarting engine it will start in gear wide open throttle. Shift is moving but not to any F N R

have a 1 year old Kohler generator. had to cut main power to the house to do some work. Now screen on generator blank. anyone ever had this happen. trying to troubleshoot from manual with no luck
