A little advice for ~35-45 year olds

At this age, you aren’t young and you aren’t old. This age is what you decide it to be. If you are in this age range, I encourage you to perceive yourself as being 10 years younger than what you are. Be active, take chances, push yourself.

What if I was a hornball before that age range and I'm still a hornball today. Will I still be one at 46?

I do. I'm almost 38, got called "sir" twice last week. I did not care for that.

Build muscle now, while it’s still relatively easy, even if you have to get a little heavier than you want for a few years.

Come to Utah. They will card you if you are 96. And not let you in a bar if you don't have your license

I am 40. Banged my woman this morning, going to gym this evening. Life is good.

I constantly find myself thinking in a college kid. Then I drink like in a college kid and I remember I’m not.

Good advice. We had two kids at 45-46 (give or take a couple months), moved from where we’d lived for 20 years, bought more rental property, and have been doing some aggressive career moves at 50+. Good mix of relative youth (compared to 100 lol) and experience.

I appreciate the advice.
Getting in the Gym. Also financial risks, so I can date those upper level Trannies and the young girls.
I saw a girl, the other day and thought to myself, man she would be great to build a family with. But I feel too old, and don`t see the value in trying to start a family with a woman who is close to 40. Maybe my perception is distorted.
My alignment here is If I can finish both of my projects this year, I got a chance to start fresh and maybe take some new risks or venture into something else, as well as a different area.
I am trying to make better decisions, but all the momentum I build seems to get wiped out with 3 or 4 bad weeks.
Its frustrating, its like getting out of a hole then falling right back into the same hole. I feel ive done that 6x this year.

Started dating a 24y/o as a 38y/o, married her 3 years later... Still married...
Always perceived myself as 10 years younger...

48, I push myself hard. I just roll with the aches and pains. Beware, however, bicep tendons snap very easily at this age. So also exercise a bit of caution in what you do. Try not to get yourself into a bind.

Used to kind of suck having a baby face when I was in my teens and 20s. I was getting ID'd in earnest deep into my 20s.
It's fricking awesome now that I'm in my mid 30s. It's a relatively frequent occurrence that people confuse me for being in my mid to late 20s.
