I think OM gets close and the LSU bends but does not break in the RED ZONE. Keep OM to field goals and LSU wins going away. I think OM get maybe 23 points against us. 27-23 LSU.

Ole Miss will score points. Not a ton, but it's safe bet they'll get to the mid-20s at least. We just have to keep up on the scoreboard, that's the fear from me. Offense needs to physically control the line of scrimmage and have long sustained drives.

OM run D is turrible. I think you see us at least to try and run the ball to keep their O on the sidelines. Defense can’t be out there 35 minutes in a back and forth score fest.

Line is set at o/u 28.5 (for Ole Miss total pts)

Hammer that under.

We held them to 26 last year (23 in regulation). Is their offense better or our defense worse? I’d say neither

This is the best offense we will have played this year and it’s not close. Hopefully, we can rattle Chambliss and force him to make mistakes. I think it’ll be tough, but I like LSU in a close one.

I agree, our defense has clearly improved significantly, but they also have not really been tested yet. This will be a tough game for us.

Hammer the over. No way this game is limited to 28.5 pts I don’t care how good our defense is

Like all SEC QBs who get 4 unmolested seconds to set and throw their QB is pretty good. He is going to be running a lot Saturday, every play.

Their D is decent but not UF good. 23-17 us.

OM will get their 20, but I like LSU by at least a TD. They have not seen a DEF like ours with difference makers at every level.

Nuss will get the ball out to our playmakers in stride and space. Keep an eye on our ST returners; they will make a big play or two in this game.

That’s Ole Miss team total
We are talking about Ole Miss points, right? Thought that was obvious

The o/u is set at 55.5 for the game total

I lean towards something like a 27-17 score, but I am unsure they even score 17 on us...

Baker may be the best DC in the college game right now with probably the best talent on the field.

I do think losing Reliford will cost us a bit, but we are deep on the DL. Doesn't matter, though... Our DBs and LBs are playing so damn good it is ridiculous.

If Kelly was right about Nuss' injury holding back the offense (I doubt it), then we may stomp the ever-loving dog shite out of them. Lots of Nuss' passes last week looked like they were looping through the air, somewhere between a lob and a touch pass. A bit scary if it wasn't SELU.

I feel like we keep scheming our OL into 1v1s against the opposing DL. Why we didn't seem to double team #2 at all on Saturday blew my mind. You can't let one man continue to blow up your line of scrimmage. It worried me that there were no adjustments to that.

Also, should our run game struggle, I may shite down both legs if I don't start seeing middle screens to a RB/TE.

The offensive line scheme and the play calling are both HIGHLY suspect after 4 games. That is unacceptable in my opinon... Execution is part of it, but some of these situations we are going for it on fourth and/or deciding to run it when slightly behind the sticks are maddening.

I think we can hold them to 20. In 2022, we held OM to 20 points with a decent defense, but nowhere near as deep and as talented as this group. That was against Jaxon Dart, Quinshon Judkins, Zach Evans, Malik Heath, Jonathan Mingo and Jordan Watkins. Though, that was also at home.

The defense will keep us in the game, but the offense needs to handle their side of things. We can't go there and have the entire right side of the line cave on almost snap, making their defense looking all-world when they're not. It's time for them to put their big boy pants on and step up.

Perk needs to be the spy once again, making sure that QB running isn't the reason they beat us. Having competent safeties and a deeper group in all areas should help us with the running quarterbacks unlike last year

I think we give up 20 max. 2tds and 2 fg.

If we can run the ball effectively I think we win by 10-17. If we can’t I think we win by 3
