I hate to be the bearer of bad news here, but I don’t think you can successfully sue someone for slander or libel if it’s against a dead person. Now the ones that have done against Erika, the kids, and other TPUSA staff, go for it, but when someone dies you can say whatever the frick you want about them.

Whatever the case, I hope they have the recourse to stick it to the outlets slandering him unjustly.
