Season doesn’t truly begin until the first coach is fired.

Good lord. Foster is one season and 2 games into his tenure. The buyout must have been low

Both teams have started out horrible- but I don’t recall coaches being canned so early before

Didn’t foster act like a complete arse last year? Or am I thinking of someone else?

I think UCLA could be a decent job with the right coach. There’s a lot of talent in Southern California. UCLA was just screwed because the job became open so late in the cycle. They ought to call up D'Anton Lynn

Foster might be the dumbest person to ever be a head coach at the D-1 level

While Foster had absolutely no business as a P4 head coach, I do feel kind of bad for him. He stepped up for his school but was put in a bad situation. You could tell it was going to be a rough tenure after that media days speech.

After watching 5 or 6 VT games over the past couple of years Pry just sucks.

The contract features a relatively affordable buyout structure. If Foster is fired, UCLA owes him 70% of the remaining salary before December 1st of a given year, and 60% after that date.

UCLA should have had Foster as a one year interim and then hired a real coach this offseason

Have to get rid of Jarmond too

New Mexico blowing you out at home should always be a firable offense at the P4 level.

Why even bring back a coach you fire after 3 games? It's obvious he was in over his head. Just cut bait after last season and move on. You're just losing another year now because of this.
