I don't necessarily buy this, but for the sake of argument... it would be to have the shot come in the moment of discussing gun violence.

One of the slowed videos I saw that also had captions, I believe Kirk's last words were "gang violence"

Anyway, this would necessitate at least three people being in on it- the shooter, the debater and the guy giving the hat tip/ear pull signal.

1. Why would a shooter need signals to shoot someone who is sitting down and doesn’t move for the whole thing
2. Why would someone who is in on it want to be standing 200 yards down range of a guy with a rifle shooting 3 feet from you?

People who believe this are clueless

This is one of those moments where the internet is bad. Armchair detectives reading shite into stuff that makes no sense. If something bad happens at a football game are you going to blame the guy sending in the plays. People don't usually stand perfectly still. I doubt the shooter needed the steal sign from the 3rd base coach to pull the trigger.

I don’t know if they were in on it but what I’m 1000% sure of is more than just the shooter are absolutely in on it and they were in that crowd.
