Across from Great Hearts.

Anyone know what the plan is for this area?

Speaking of bluebonnet constantin is underway now that the restaurant is gone. Walked through there a few weeks back from the brec greenway all the way to the children's hospital. You can see the progress on Sat maps now too

I’m still waiting for the Schwegmann’s at Bluebonnet and Perkins. I remember someone telling me that land was in “receivership” and I acted like I knew what that meant.

I really wanted to make grocery that close to home.

No.

Seemed like it was gearing up a few years ago, then WuFlu and then spiking interest rates put the brakes on it.

Its been years since I've seen anyone put white people in an artist's rendering of any type of real estate development.

As that this is in Baton Rouge, wonder if they aren't intentionally coding to the neighboring areas not to worry, no lawsuits are necessary..
