On the bright side Jonas Sankar could be positioned to explode onto the scene.

Story of his career. It really amazes me that a guy like Blackmon can suffer a significant injury every year of his career, but a guy like Cam can play 15 years without missing but 1 game for injury.

He must have been hunting an under route because he was definitely late turning and running as he was a good 5 or so yards behind the play (although Kool-Aid did jack all actually trying to defend the pass).

Cam is certainly an outlier.

Bizarre because I just checked the snap counts and he played every snap. Never saw him leave the field with an injury either. So I guess the question is did he play through it and when did it happen?

Yea. I was not happy with kool aid play. Not sure he what it takes to be a top two outside cb. When we drafted him I thought he was going to be a safety or some kinda slot corner.

They’re saying it’s a different part of the same labrum.

Regardless, surgery upcoming and out for the season. He was on a one year contract, so yesterday might be his only game with the Saints.

Had his consecutive starts record halted by a fricking positive covid test. No injury. Not sick. They wouldn’t let him play. Felt bad for him to lose out on an amazing feat that way.

Don’t worry - Mick will trade next years third for a safety you have never heard of.
