Are there anchored threads deep in the list where people are still having conversations?

If I find a thread I'm active in gets anchored, I bookmark it and continue to beat whatever dead horse there is.

I think the peptides thread 
was anchored on the OT but now that it’s on the health/fitness board I’m not sure, but people still talk in that thread regularly lol
Just checked and it’s almost 11 years old with the most recent reply in July

Yes….anchored threads don’t get much traffic, but you can still post in them. I’ve done it a few times when I didn’t realize they were anchored.

Long time ago some loser got busted by making thousands of posts in an anchored thread just to get his post count up. I’m sure plenty of people have done it over the years, like having a high post count is something cool

Putty and I used to do this about 15+ years ago. We had a code down pat and it worked flawlessly for a long time. I think eventually Chicken stumbled across it somehow (don’t remember if it was finally discovered or if we just stopped and mentioned it on the board).
