I do believe Louisiana Tech should seriously consider joining the ACC.

Louisiana Tech would instantly be a contender in the ACC. Louisiana Tech has the resources, facilities, and Ruston even has a Buc-ee's coming soon. They certainly played LSU at Tiger Stadium tougher than Clemson played the LSU Tigers at their home field, Tiger-lite stadium.

They’re already heading to the Sun Belt

Tech played well. It was their Super Bowl. I’m sure they will compete in their conference but the only thing we should take from last night is how the injuries are piling up.

If our center doesn’t go down I think we don’t struggle as much as we did.

Nothing good come for LSU would come from another in-state school joining a power four conference

Their defense was great last year. Unfortunately, their offense was so bad they would wear down by the 4th quarter. The main thing that concerned me was as well as we shut their offense down, we never were able to push them around even late.

Clearly, you don't understand media, marketing, population base along with the necessity of a large metro area, stadium and campus size, school endowments, and the demand of huge multi-millionaire donors. Louisiana Tech is right where it needs to be.

Would need the ACC to consider Tech first. Unfortunately, they are probably way down the pecking order for this conference right now. Big 12, due to their recent defections, would be a more realistic fantasy for Tech.

I would think the Cajuns or the Green Wave would go Power 4 first, and likely to the Big 12, since that conference has shown a greater willingness to bring in previous mid-majors (Cincy, Houston, UCF, BYU, TCU, etc)

They would finish bottom half in the sun belt. They suck right now, their fan apathy is at an all time high. No one is going to games.

This. Tech’s nose guard is a beastly man, I noticed.

They can’t join if they're not invited.

Seriously consider it?
They don't need to consider it because they don't have an invitation.

Schools like LaTech are a transfer portal breeding ground and nothing more. It’s unfortunate but they will get raided of their best players year in and year out and there won’t be much they can do about it.

Might lose a coach or two as well. They are well coached.

The nose guard last year was better. He’s at Miami this year. Tech’s entire d-line is new this year.

Population of Clemson is 17,538. No Buc-ee's.

Population of Ruston is 22,114. Buc-ee's opening soon.

Please, by all means, enlighten me.

Their budget is Sunbelt level, which is one reason they moved there. Not going to happen
