Would seem to me this Lafayette native is bias against LSU . It was clear Vegas tried to keep the lsu vs Clemson matchup close in the battle for the valley. He penalized LSU all night . And took a clear td off the board . I think he should be investigated or penalized what ever you do to check these fools. Because that review wasn’t a review it was more like we don’t like the outcome so we’re taking it off the board.

I still think he’s a ULL homer with little brother envy. Hopefully he is barred from ever officiating another LSU game. That call was a travesty.

Daniel Gautreaux was born and raised in Lafayette. A graduate of the University of Louisiana... When not at work, you can find him watching the Ragin Cajuns.

Outside of the Brown TD overturn that was called by the SEC office, I didn’t think the officiating was too bad.

This again?

Lafayette loves LSU, as does the rest of the state.

You obviously haven’t spent much time in Acadiana.

I think looking like Gomer Pyle is enough punishment for the guy.

Yall do realize Birmingham made the decision and he just had to deliver the call?
He nor anybody on his crew made the decision to call it incomplete.

1. Picking up the flag after Clemson blind sided LSU defender

2. Two times grounding should have been called and wasn’t (once very obvious)

3. Numerous holds on our OL

4. How many on theirs despite them basically talking our DLs

Other than these and the Brown TD he called a pretty decent game.

He didn't make the call dummy.

That’s where they messed up, it should have been Called like that. But, they were too concerned with looking for a pick and completely blew it by calling OPI.

But, you tell no lies on other points.

ok, but no referee on the field made that call. The replay official did.

The lack of basic knowledge about college football by so many on this board is shocking.

How did he determine that Barion was out at the 1?

How many 50/50 calls went our way? How many reviewd calls?

I think when the SEC asked if he was biased towards LSU he said “no, I hate LSU”.

SEC office would have loved hearing that.

Explain to me how Gauthreaux took a clear td off the board? He had nothing to do with the review.

The paranoria runs deep with you.

Seriously, there were three horrible calls (or no calls) in the game and two of them were from the replay officials in B'ham, not Gautreaux: the catch/fumble, the TD reversal and there was a blatant grounding that wasn't called. All went against LSU, of course.

I have often advocated for the destruction of SEC HQ in Birmingham by any means necessary.

Good news is we won and we can lobby against him calling LSU again.
