Tufo earned a bachelor’s degree in health and physical therapy from The College of New Jersey in 2002 and his master’s in kinesiology from UConn in 2005. Tufo was a varsity soccer player during his undergraduate years at TCNJ.
Tufo is a NSCA Strength and Conditioning specialist and is CSCCA Strength and Condition certified.
Tufo also set a Guinness World Record for most pull-ups in 24 hours with 5,101.
