A 3.6% increase in spending vs. 2018. I'd say mostly, if not all, due to inflation. Not really much to cheer about.

Maybe some of the cesspool blue cities are classifying their illegals as tourists. The money spent on food, clothing, and housing is tourist dollars.

I don't watch MSNBC. Ever.
I do take these numbers with a grain of salt. Before today pretty much every publication was saying tourism numbers were down. And now all of a sudden it's the best year ever? I might take that a little more seriously if Trump wasn't firing people that publish numbers he doesn't like.
