Non-Stick Pan for Eggs. Help!

I have every modern high tech kitchen gaget or cookware imaginable but I'm embarressed to say that I'm still rockin' the old school 80's style super unhealthy non-stick pans. I'm pretty healtht conscious so I feel like an idiot everytime I use them. I only use these pans for fried or scrambled eggs.
To quote the late great Anne Burrell "Brown food tastes good". She's right EXCEPT for eggs. I've tried every other pan in my arsenal including the carbon steel pans and the eggs ultimately stick and brown. What modern safe(No PTFE or PFA) non-stick pans are y'all using for eggs that actaully work?

The cheapest ones. Whatever Costco/Amazon has currently. They’ll last longer if you don’t use metal utensils and don’t use abrasives to clean them

I have some All-Clad non-stick pans I got at Costco. They do pretty well, especially if you use a lot of butter.

I have a small cast iron pot I’ve used for eggs for years. It’s non stick now.

I’d suggest a ceramic style pan. Personally, I use Made In and they work great. Made In — Non Stick

The pans I have now are All-Clad but they are 100% PTFE coated which is what we're all trying to avoid. They work great though.

“Our Place” skillet. Not cheap but works great. No sticking whatsoever. Around $100 on Amazon. Hands down the best I’ve seen.

Ceramic has worked best for us. Wife found a coupe different sizes years ago and they still work great. About 6 years in service.

The ceramic pans are what I planned on purchasing but lately there have been tons of online posts and youtube vids showing that they initially work well but their non-stick properties don't last very long despite giving them the proper care. How long have you had the Made In?

Not very long but over a year

We're about a year in with our Made In, it gets used about 5 days a week.
We're not doing anything delicate, but it's still pretty non-stick. It does have some chipping, and we do use butter/oil of course. I won't be surprised if it's declined in utility a lot by this time next year, but so far it's still solid.

Tri Ply Stainless, Aluminum and Titanium. Nice!
Not sure how that textured titanium will handle scrambled eggs loaded with tons of cheese but a very cool pan nonetheless. This one will go on to the "To -Buy" list.

Stainless or cast iron with plenty of oil and butter or bacon grease.
Eggs won’t stick if you use fats with them. Either mix oil and butter or throw in a glob of bacon grease and don’t put the heat to high.

Carbon steel and re-season after most uses. Easy to do. Coat with olive oil and heat until slightly smokes. Let cool. Wipe down and head 2 minutes. That’s it. Bar Keepers when it happens to rust a little. Low heat and a little butter to cook with.
F/U to add brand: De Buyer Mineral B. French made. Available on Amazon.

My daughter gave me one of these. For an omelet or an egg sandwich, it works great.

Yep. I use my carbon steel every morning. Put burner on 4. Let it heat for a few minutes. A good dollop of butter and in with the eggs. Fried, scrambled, omelettes, whatever. Enough fat and letting the pan get hot first is key.

We have a cheap copper colored ceramic pan we got from BB&B before they closed. We've had it for over 3 years now.
The first time I cooked an egg it was just like the commercials show. No oil and the egg would slide out. Since then I've just a small pat of butter and can wipe it clean with a paper towel only use it for eggs with silicon spatula. My wife cooks her eggs after mine and doesn't add any butter.

I'm with you. My black iron skillet is stick free now.

Have you considered that it may not be the equipment but rather you are just not cooking eggs properly? Sounds like you are using too much heat and perhaps not enough oil, butter.
