Coming up soon, Reduced sentences for Crimes.
My Lawyer friend says it will increase burglaries.
All being done to reduce Prison space because we have no more budgets to build more.
The homeless population grows due to lack of mental health programs..

Sentences in Europe for the same crimes are much less, and their recidivism rates are lower. They also provide more social programs for ex-convicts, and the probation system isn’t as harsh.
Not to derail but they also have almost zero gun crime for obvious reasons.
Lots to unpack here. Our penal system needs drastic improvements regardless of how you slice it.

The system is very out of kilter. How can an illegal have 30 convictions, still out on the street, and still in the country?
Why do our prisons have cable TV, AC, gyms, internet, three squares, and someone to do your laundry? Thats living better than 90% of the world's population and probably a lot better than most had on the outside.
When Trump says we should send the worst to Uganda for a little ungabunga he is right. You would see crime drop if there was a true deterrent.
Its also why you are seeing people self deport. Better load up that f150 and big screen TV, lest you get caught on the street and lose it all, and be sent to Somaliland.

Criminal foreigners should be deported to their homeland, even if just dropped off.
