What y'all think about 'DARK'?

I've tried to watch this series so many times. I've gotten through the first episode 3-4 times now, started episode two maybe twice, but never finish it.
I was the same way with Peaky Blinders. Watched the first episode 2-3 times and just wasn't interested. Eventually forced myself to push through and keep watching, turned into one of my favorite series ever.
Is Dark worth the watch? How far into it, did it really get interesting to you?

Dark is Top 5 for me of shows I’ve watched on Netflix.
Peaky Blinders is too.
Dark can get confusing really quick. After watching an episode go online and read a recap before watching the next episode.

If you're going to "watch" the show while playing on your phone, then don't bother, not that i'm assuming that's what you're doing.
This is a show that requires you to pay attention the entire time.
Leaving the audio in German and the subtitles in English help with that.

It was good for awhile then it got overly confusing. Stopped watching when it got super convoluted

It's a board favorite.
I tried it years ago and only got an episode or two in but tried again a few months ago and burned through the first two seasons. Confusing as hell but I'd read up about the episodes after watching which helped majorly.
Took a break because it was pretty heavy and started up season 3 this week. Probably shouldn't have taken a break because I am LOST. Should have kept binging and it would have done my bad memory some favors.

Well damn, guess I'm gonna push through it then. I think the fact that the audio is dubbed kinda irritates me. But too many positive comments to not try to push through it.

I loved Dark, super interesting. It is a complicated plot, but it's done well

Watch it in German with English subtitles. You get the original performances and it helps with comprehending the plot.

The audio dubbing is nothing like the old Godzilla movies. It’s hardly noticeable and does not at all take away from how great this show is

Doesn't have to be. I for sure couldn't watch it, or any show for that matter, if I had to listen to dubbed.
