E Jean Carroll's ridiculous judgment will be thrown out by SCOTUS. If she wants money she better start selling it on the street. However, I doubt if there will be any takers.

Not only the fine was unconstitutional but the very premise that underpinned the prosecution's arguments was bullshite.

But I was told that we had him this time.

I didn't read the ruling, but it's not clear if this is just to open things up for Trump (to remove the bond/weight of the fine) while they evaluate the underlying findings, or if they're now going to assess what fines they feel are appropriate themselves (instead of remanding it back to the trial court)
