Anybody had any success making a complaint to Lowe's?

I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for 30 years, but they have royally screwed up my purchase of a refrigerator.
Bought it on Saturday, and it was to be delivered Monday. Evidently their delivery contractor had both the wrong address and the wrong phone number. (They might have tried to deliver it up the street, but not sure.) It's now Wednesday and still no fridge. They said today, but I have reason to believe that the problem on the delivery folks' end has not been corrected.
My wife (no pics) has chewed more arse in the last 3 days than she has in her life. I have been back up to the store and complained to the manager, and to anyone on the phone who will listen. Nobody is accountable. Nobody apologizes. They just blame some other department.
I want someone to suffer for this. If I don't have what I paid for today, I will burn this entire motherfricker down.

You are SOL. I can’t begin to tell you the issues we had with our refrigerator delivery. It was maddening. They outsource their delivery now, you just get the runaround and a different person every time you call. And that doesn’t take into account the delivery guys didn’t speak English. All four delivery attempts were different guys, all non-American types. My advice, find some good ol boys to pick it up and install.

Strangely enough, I bought my last refrigerator from Lowe's in Covington and the delivery was a nightmare.
Brought it a week early the first time, while kitchen reno was being painted. No where else to put it so they took it back.
Missed next TWO delivery dates while I waited for them instead of going to office.
Showed up unannounced the fourth try and called me asking why door was locked. I had to haul arse home from office. WRONG REFRIGERATOR was delivered that time. They loaded it back up, drove back to store, got the right one and brought it back while I waited at the house.
Can't be a coincidence.

But you won't. You will take your return receipt, fold it ever so neatly into your wallet, tell the lady "sorry for being a pain, thanks so much for helping me out", get back in your subaru and drive home like the little man you are.

Lowes delivery is the worst. Cancel order...do whatever...and get it from Home Depot. I went through the same shite in the winter. Bought in BR, they outsource delivery to some "CRST" company clowns....delivery was set...no show..no contact...pathetic. I emailed and tracked a guy down at the company...he was like oh, sorry....complete BS...I buy from Home Depot solely due to their delivery is actually good.

I understand prepping for getting a new fridge delivered and spending time making that happen but I literally can't imagine getting this mad over a fridge I bought on Saturday and it didn't get delivered on Monday

Even more frustrating is that managers in a 100 mile radius don't have much say in anything.
It's a room of cost cutting analysts and VPs in North Carolina and the shareholders making the decisions to outsource and minimum wage to the bone that cause it to suck.
But, that's why it's a bit cheaper than your locally owned appliance shop.

You ain't gonna do shite. Home Depot delivery has the same bullshite problems.
It took us 2 weeks to get our appliances from Lowes when we moved into a new house. The Lowe's delivery was a shite show.
You and your whining wife will get over it.
