What needs to be fixed on your boat?

Struck out bass fishing on Saturday. So while I was fishing I started listing out what needs to be fixed.
1. Shoot thru hull transducer is no longer working.
2. Gas gages don’t work. I use a flashlight to check my gas levels in the garage.
3. Hinge is broken on one side of my front deck compartment. Tried to track down a new hinge in the past but it was more difficult than I expected.
4. Both power poles are leaking fluid into my bilge. Power pole will tell me to ship both units to them so I am waiting until winter time to do this.
5. Prop is dinged a little. Needs to be worked on and then blueprinted.
6. Have a spot on the fiberglass about 4 x 4 inches that the gel coat is peeling off. Received one price quote from a dealer who just did some work on my outboard. He told me 6k b/c they needed to do the entire boat. Can’t just do that one small area. I laughed and left.
Nothing to keep me from fishing but would like to eventually get these fixed.

Oof....
Transom needs replacing. Engine needs servicing. Carpet needs to come out. Gelcoat needs polishing. Console needs to be replaced. Cushions all need to be redone. Cabin lights need to be replaced.
It's 100% functional and everything works but we've been really hard on it the past 3 or 4 years and it's starting to show.

Had my boat out this past Saturday. Baystar hydraulic steering slipping. Made a hard right and had to keep turning the wheel to keep it turning.
Always something...

My kayak needs a better paddle. My EDF paddle is starting to get some slop at the connection

I need some gel coat / fiberglass work in a few places.
Carpet is starting to peel and wear through
Seats need some attention, seams are starting to rip.
Trailer brakes need service and trailer bunks need some adjusting.
But it’s 25 years old and in overall good shape. Pulled the kids around in the tube yesterday with no problems.

Fuel fitting at the motor is sucking air, have to swap that out. The water pump impeller was last changed 7 years ago. The bottom of the hull is about 50% JB weld.

To fix this winter:
Port Side outrigger wiggles down in rough seas
Starboard side prop has a crack starting in one of the blades
Starboard side trim/tilt unit is janky and needs to be rebuilt
Fuel Filter access hatch latch is missing- needs to be replaced
Head pump kinda leaks on the shaft seal
Raw Water thru hull valve is hard to close
Fresh Water bait prep station faucet leaks when pump is on, draining freshwater tank pretty fast
Helm seat needs better hardware to fiberglass settee pedestal
Helm seat teak vanish needs to be redone
Fish door teak varnish needs to be redone
On board battery charger needs to be moved so you can actually see the lights
Handful of gelcoat imperfections and holes drilled for accessories that don't exist anymore need to be filled and redone
Hardtop needs to be wetsanded and polished
Anchor Locker drain fitting needs to be replaced
Shaft seal on anchor windlass needs to be replaced
2 cockpit speaker foam surrounds are getting bad- need to replace
Replace windshield wiper blades
Tighten all windshield hardware
To add this winter:
Starlink
5 rod rocket launcher on transom
And this is a boat that if you were on board you would say is nearly 100%

Bilge pump not turning on. Its fairly new. And the switch is fairly new as well.
I suspect its a corroded fuse.

New scuppers (leaking into hull)
New upholstery/cushions
Grab rail in front of baitwell (stupid design)
2 switch lights aren’t coming on
Bad ground somewhere in boat wiring (Chartplotter shows way low power)
Would like to add sea dek

I bought a 12 year old boat to get a bigger boat, knowing it was going to need some work and shite was going to break.
At this point, it maybe easier to list what works normally.

Old boat needs a new bilge pump and a good wash, and then it’ll be hitting the market.
Just bought a new boat. It doesn’t need anything, but will be upgrading from the 140hp on it, to a 200sho. Also going to add electric trim tabs, 12” Garmin for my livescope, and probably a Garmin force trolling motor.

Dust from lack of use, that and dirt dauber clumps. But I do have a power leak coming from my power poles that I have been unable to correct. Need a perko for the entire system but keep putting it off.
Trailer brakes need serviced.

This is a 2017 Triton bass boat I just purchased a little over a year ago. I knew what i was buying but I got a smoking deal on it.

I wouldn’t replace the trolling motor over that issue, but if you got it like that, I’m looking to get rid of my ultrex 24v 80#
I just want to go with the Garmin to match my electronics.

Sounds like me. Just replaced the bilge pump, trailer coupling and redid some wiring to switches. Ordered some seadek type foam to re-do the front hatches. Trolling motor took a dump last week (think it's the control board). It's always something.

Change to hoses to the upgraded ones and don’t look back Baw. You have pin hole in one or both if blue/black or swedge lock is bad, very simple units.
Installed reworked rev4 on yesterday. New 36 lithium, terrova, hope to order a raptor before year end and 9” gps.
