OT aging adults with tattoos

Are you in the regret stage yet? Do you think you'll be there one day or has this never crossed your mind?
I was at a water park yesterday and the sheer number of people, especially fat ones - both men and women- with large, shitty tattoos was shocking. I don't mean a small butterfly on the shoulder- I'm talking massive thigh, forearm, back tattoos.
Women, when you're a 70 year old grandmother sitting around the circle at the quilting club and your saggy legs and arms are covered in blotchy, faded ink are you going to be embarrassed?
Men, when you're a paw-paw and your grandkids are asking why you have a giant X-Men logo on your calf, what will you say?
For the life of me, I don't understand why people don't think giant, ugly tattoos through.

Jimmy Buffet had a song about tattoos: A permanent reminder of a temporary feeling.

I feel like when you are 70 and retired you learn not to give a frick what's other people think.

Yeah man tattoos are the only thing keeping 70 year olds from being hot

Your mom’s tramp stamp doesn’t weird me out too much. I usually just aim for the middle.

People get tattoos to compensate or have an easy way out to be something they’re not.
For example, a parent that gets their kids name tattooed on them are never good parents.
Tattoos do nothing but show the world you make impulsive, bad decisions. It’s proof.

When you’re butt ugly, you try to paint over it.

Not an apologist for tattoos but can live with them.
That said, face and neck tattoos deserve the death penalty…

Mine are both military unit tats. I will never regret them.
Do you regret being a judgmental arse?

Can one define a good tattoo? I have never seen one. They are all shitty.
I have never seen a single person that looked better with a tattoo.
Tattoos are just statements
