Although it only gauges pro sport misery, Louisiana tied with Michigan as most miserable fans with an 82/100.
Finally, #1 in something!

Your mother likes to kiss and tell on everyone she’s with?

ESPN is fricking gay and this robot is retarded as hell.
I picked the flailing option for a my favorite team, then put in the braves. Then the falcons and the hawks, saying id been a fan for 15 plus years. Here is what it told me
For the MLB here is where ESPN in its bright wisdom ranked the braves in the past 15 years as an MLB franchise
23. Cards
24. Nats
25. Braves
26. Rangers
27. Red Sox (
wtf this AI is drunk)
That shouldnt need any words. What makes it even dumber is when you go to the falcons and hawks, two teams who are far far worse than the braves as a franchise theyre ranked 18th and 12th respectively
It is also stupid as hell they dont include college football teams

The index is worthless without throwing in college football (and probably basketball too)

Unless I'm missing your point, the lower the number, the less miserable the team is. Not where they rank as a franchise.
Hence the White Sox being ranked #1 with a misery rating of 100.

Ok, yes you are right. My bad, I didnt look at the misery rating next the rankings nor the full list. I just saw the ranking list and assumed they were ranking the quality of the franchise the past 15 years

“You win some, you lose some” isn’t just a saying. It’s pretty much your way of life.
and yeah, not putting college football in there is crazy stuff, but since it only counts years since championships and not how the losing seasons have gone its kinda pointless anyway.

That’s pretty cynical, Mike.

Boston sports fans are always miserable, so I reject their consensus.

Only 24.. Astros are in a good spot, and the Saints have sucked lately but still have a trophy in the 2000s.
No college options, but LSU isn't exactly miserable lately.

Doesn't do college. I'm not diehard any pro teams.

no college teams? With LSU baseball having two titles in three years, my misery index isn't that high, but pro teams are a different story

They're ranked by how shitty they are, hence my Reds at #5
