Too much feminine energy is what is getting these guys killed. They are raised by single mothers who are loud, argumentative and emotional and ready to crash out over anything to get their way. They grow up seeing it work for momma and they emulate it. It’s an endless cycle of overly emotional, dramatic women raising overly emotional, dramatic boys.

Cops don't train extensively for gunfights like the military do, so I wouldn't expect the average cop to shoot any better than a perp in a spontaneous shootout like that.
