Schiff vulnerable on classified leak info.

Apologies if already discussed, but Biden's pardon of Schiff only goes back to the Jan. 6 investigation. The FBI was warned by the whistleblower of the leaks as early as 2017. He is completely vulnerable and should be prosecuted and jailed.

He won't even lose his seat ON THE INTELLEGENCE committee over his intentional leak of classified intelligence, much less be prosecuted. This is a pipedream.

Sure if based on evidence of crimes. What crimes are you suggesting he committed and should be prosecuted for? I'd believe about anything because the dude looks like a creep but you need real evidence to move forward.

Leaking classified information is a federal offense, but you know this. Yesterday's Schiff thread went over all of this. Even my screen capture of his pardon and how it applies only to J6 event and investigation. People will keep assuming incorrectly that ALL Biden's pardons were "blanket" pardons.
I'll save everyone the usual back and forth posting and poo flinging,

Item of note from yesterday's thread...SFP kind of fades away towards the end. He didn't seem to have his usual stamina.

Biden's pardon of Schiff
We don't know who pardoned Schiff. We do know it was not Weekend at Bernie's pardoning anybody but Hunter. He was clearly unfit to enter into a legal contract when he signed Hunter's paperwork.
He did not sign any other pardons.

What is the statute of limitations? It’s been 8 years and counting. Nothing will happen to this fig. At a minimum Thune should remove him from all committees. Still won’t happen though.

Saw an interview with John Solomon and he said the was a statute involving divulging classified information which ran ten years. It will have to be determined if this fits the law he cited. The talk is also about conspiracy which would restart the clock for every action including covering up their actions.
I hope they have enough proof, which is why they need to be methodical, to change Schiff, Brennan, Comey and the rest. Getting a venue away from DC is equally important.

any time he opened his mouth with anything that supported the original conspiracy, the clock begins all over again.
IF he had slinked into the darkness and never uttered another word wrt 'russia russia russia' hoax then OK the felony happened years ago and nobody noticed until now --- too bad
But that did NOT happen - he, and the entire conspiratory gang, kept it up constantly every day - all the time - it is an ongoing conspiracy.
Chris Wray may be the closest one they have who has not blabbered constantly about it.

this is all that matters
Hope they bring the case in Cut 'n Shoot, Texas.
quote:
Cut and Shoot is named after a disagreement among residents back in 1912.
The dispute was either over conflicting land claims among church members, the design of a new steeple for the town's only church or the issue of who should be allowed to preach there.
During the tense dispute, a small boy at the scene reportedly yelled "I'm going to cut around the corner and shoot through the bushes in a minute!"

Every time Schiff brings up, talks about or denies it could be argued that it is a continuation of his criminal behavior. That said they should have Schiff on a number of other issues

He doesnt, but this thread is attacking a democrat. He, sfp and the like can't have that.

His pardon does not cover crimes against the United States.
Releasing top secret information elevates him to the term…..idiot.
We’ll see what the Grand Jury has to say for ‘’stupidity”

It's 5 years but can be 10 years, which probably won't apply here.
Schiff also may have protection from other privileges, which is what the sourcing claims he believed (hence the issue for the 10 year SOL)

This is 100% not accurate.

But it is 100% fair and logical.
And I care much less about the nuances involved in the interpretation of wording in a 'law' written by others than I do in the overt fairness and truth of a situation.
And I really don't give a shite if the 'law' - as interpreted by some dipshit prejudiced DC jury - gives them the relief of a 'not guilty' verdict. I want their asses on the hot seat and watch as the litany of crimes committed are revealed to the nation while the defense objects to every presentation of the FACTs.
As a lawyer friend of mine once said "they can beat the rap, but they cannot beat the ride." This was the first expression I ever heard about the concept of "lawfare" - the newest 'arm of justice' that the DEMs so happily have been feasting on for the past decade.
A bit of 'what's good for the goose is good for the gander' is appropriate.
Your heroes are guilty as sin - and I want their reputations trashed - more so than having them in jail - I want them universally despised by both the people they harmed and the people they deceived.
You can work your arse off getting them to 'beat the rap' - but I want to enjoy watching them endure "the ride."
Watching those miscreants begging for money on the streets would be my definition of 'just desserts'

I believe only. Hunter got a blanket pardon. And it was done for a reason

I would hate prison.
But bobblehead Schiff will enjoy being passed around and used as everyones bitch. He will probably wonder why he didnt do something to send himself to prison sooner.
