The 60ish power 4 schools are the top 60ish QB jobs in the whole ecosystem… it makes sense that they’d be filled by older players. You really have to be an outlier to make a roster at a top school at 18-19 right out of HS. They’re not trying to develop when everyone else now can develop for them
