Wanting to make some CCCs. May even experiment on the blackstone. Preferably thick, soft and gooey type cookies. In either a sheet or individual cookies

Search LilyPCrumbs Linktree and find her cookie spreadsheet. Shes a Tiktoker but has cooked every viral chocolate chip cookie receipe and ranks them on difficulty to make and taste and other factors. Ive found some awesome recipes there.

Honestly, the toll house recipe is really good. I’d think you could bake them to your preference. I prefer crispy and bonus when the chocolate chips stay kinda melty like my grandmother’s did.

I really like Adam Ragusa’s broiled recipe on his YouTube channel.

He’s got two videos on it.

Large chocolate chunks and flake salt when they come out of the oven take them up a notch

Toll House recipe, but 2 cups of self-rising flour instead of the AP flour and salt it calls for, AND make brown butter and let cool to room temp then add to recipe. So easy and so delicious!

Cook in 375 degree convection oven on baking sheet with parchment paper. If you want them gooey (I do), cook just until the edges start turning light brown. Let sit for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

I make about 20 dozen of them a year, mostly around Christmas to give out as homemade gifts to family, friends and their kids.

I use the "Neiman-Marcus Chocolate Chip" cookie recipe that hit the net years ago that started with a story about how a lady got the recipe. The story is pure BS and has no merit but the recipe is a good one.

I'm sure it's easily found on the net with a quick google search.

Pretty sure there was a thread about this a year or two ago. I remember Big Dropper posted a recipe from his students if you want to search for it.

Edit: here it is, it’s not specific for chocolate chip
Cookie thread

This is the way! I've done this the past few times, and now I'm not sure I'll ever go back.
