The covid experience completely broke some people in our country

I've had an air purifier going all day, but it's in the room next to the room with the AC. I am currently so horrified at the potential that I've been bringing all these random people's air inside my home for the past couple hours without realizing it.
Can anyone more science-y than I help me understand my risk? I am so freaked out right now, and honestly trying not to get angry that these people are partying basically on my lawn without talking to me first.
GAH! I just was brave enough to go to the dentist yesterday and finally got over that anxiety after working extensively with my therapist.

Million dollar question is
If the government tried to pull that again with lockdowns/ masking will people still comply knowing years after Covid it came out that it was pointless and done more harm than good

There are a lot of ignorant/misinformed people out there who still believe the government/"scientist" lies to this day.
That is the biggest problem we have, people's inability or laziness that prevents them from critical thought.

People that fell for lockdown and getting the shot were already mentally weak sheep. Covid just allowed us to publicly witness and document the findings.
